Complaint against The Phone Spot
I was told I could upgrade to an iPhone 7 free of charge and the bill would be £48 a month. When I received my bill there was a VAT charge of £10. I struggled to contact them as there was no number on any emails. I tried to call o2 but my password had been changed and not by me so my phone was disabled. When I got through to phone spot (number found on here) the guy said I needed to remember the password and speak to o2 as they are charging me. I CANT GET THROUGH! and phone spot set up the contract!!! Then when I said I wanted to make a complaint as they weren't helping me I was told it was pointless as the managers wont do anything about it!!!! I COULD SCREAM! I now have 2 phone contracts at £58 PER MONTH THAT I CANT AFFORD!!!
