Complaint against The Phone Spot

I received a phone call from The Phone Spot on about the 1st October about a phone upgrade due on Oct 7th with CPW. I agreed a sim only deal on a rolling monthly basis, and was assured I'd be able to keep my phone number. I was told that I'd receive a confirmation email and a new sim would be posted out to me. I have not received any further contact from the company (or the sim) and when I called their customer service line today, I discovered that they do not work weekends. I'm worried my phone is going to go off today (the 7th) and would like to cancel the contract and go with CPW - what do I do?
