[LAPSED] Paying for a phone I don't have

Complaint against The Phone Spot

In 2016 I received a call on my way home from work from the Phone Spot, claiming to be my current provider as I was due an upgrade. It wasn't till I received the confirmation email did I realise the company wasn't in fact my current provider, I cancelled this as soon as I found out and the phone was returned to sender(as they sent to the wrong address anyway). 2 years down the line, I'm still paying for a phone contract for a phone I NEVER had. I've called the Phone Spot numerous times within those 2 years to no avail. They constantly pass me back to EE who pass me back to the Phone Spot who say there is nothing they can do. 2 years I've been paying £50 per month for a phone I'm not even in possession of. Absolute joke of a company
