Complaint against The Phone Spot

I'm complaining about a phone which I had cancelled before sending it to my address and I've been trying to call them explain them that I did cancelled the oder but they still sending it to me it's been more than six weeks for them to collect and they haven't and o2 is changing me a phone which still in the package so please come and collect your phone or you will be contacted by by solicitor thanks.
