[LAPSED] Promised cashback but never received

Complaint against The Phone Spot

Received phone call about my upgrade due this week, promised good deal so I went ahead. Promised email with all details never arrived. However realised I could get £50 cashback through top cashback so called to cancel order and do it online. 2nd operator went off to speak to supervisor and said as gesture of goodwill the first month of £49 would be waived he also promised to put this and all details of my new contract on an email. This has still not arrived. Called O2 they know nothing about this. Keep trying to phone but after 20 minutes in queue they hung up. Tried twice now am getting very angry. I want to cancel my order and return the phone.
