[RESPONDED] Renewed contract then left without any service for one week!

Complaint against The Phone Spot

renewed my plan,not my handset, but then left for a whole week without any service, with Phone Spot blaming O2 and vice versa. Had to but a PAYG handset and sim as we wer going away with our grandaughter and we needed to be reachable by her parents. All O2 offered was £5 of next monthly bill - for a whole week of inconvenience??? Ridiculous.Will be taking it further.

I am afraid I have no faith left in listening to excuses after the poor service you provided me - one week without a service and to then find you were not calling on behalf of my current provider at all. I would like a reduction in the rate - not just 1x£5 for a week of being left stranded - and would like this agreed on email as I do not trust ever being able to speak to the same person twice.
