Complaint against The Phone Spot
I was contacted on three separate occasions by various personnel rom your company re-upgrade. O the first occasion I was informed that the upgrade would be with me within 3 to 5 working days. Three weeks went by still no upgrade, again received call from one of your personnel to find out was I happy with the upgrade informed him still not in receipt told him that I spoke with Alan at great length and due to the problems I have had he would personnaly make sure that the upgrade would be dispatched and due to the inconvenience caused as an apology he was enclosing a phone cover and car charger to date still not received any of the enclosed, Very Poor Service From A Company That Receives Awards.
