Complaint against The Phone Spot
I made a complaint to this company and had a response with their phone number asking me to make contact. I made contact for the third time (holding for fifteen minutes per time) to be told that I had to ignore the emails confirming my new contract with this company as they were incorrect. After visiting another high street phone company they have told me they cannot upgrade me as another company has done this...........when telling the person on the phone she was most unhelpful. I asked her for email confirmation to confirm my order has been cancelled - she said she would do this and gave me her name and asked me to rate her in a questionnaire I would soon receive. I have not received the email, I cannot cancel this order and I am very concerned as my upgrade is due next week and I am unable to upgrade because of this company. I would like them to contact me and confirm that the order has been cancelled as per a previous email. So disheartened with the customer service.
