[LAPSED] The worst customer service I have ever encountered ... EVER!!!

Complaint against The Phone Spot

After getting a phone call from the phone spot telling me I was due an upgrade in December I ordered a new iPhone 7. After 2 weeks of waiting what was said would be dispatched within 5 working days I called the phone spot to see what was happening. No one had any idea and nothing had been dispatched ... poor. I then re ordered the same package this was well over a week and a half ago I have a confirmation email and reference number but when ever I phone the phone spot the call immediately drops out , no answer phone .. nothing. Appalling service will be cancelling contract when I get through to this shambles of a company.dreadful.
