[LAPSED] Tried to cancel a contract even though i never received the phone because the deal was too much mone

Complaint against The Phone Spot

contract was for 49.99 upgrade so i cancelled it straight away within minutes as i has seen better one else where they offered similiar they took £60 of my money turned out they could only take the orginial deal still had my £60. i refused the phone so it was return to sender on fri 10th nov17 finally got my refund today 14th nov17 after endless phone calls but they refuse to put my tariff back to its orginal contract they say it takes 3-5 working days from today 14thnov17 so i am without a working phone on a tariff i dont want at £49.99 and had cancelled on the 8th nov17 and they wont sort it out for me been on the phone today for 2 hours on my day of got no where ... so angry they are con artists they are quick to put my order through but refuse to update my details with O2 so i can purchase a new phone as my contract has now run out ....

That’s a laugh I have spent 2.5 hours yesterday no reply no help I just want my original tariff back to the way it was your customer service is rubbish and very stressful

I was suppose to have a callback never got it you had my money for a week your keeping my tariiff so I can’t change and buy a new phone awful service

Hello Julie, If your order has been returned I recommend you allow 5 working days for the number to be made eligible. Once eligible you’ll be kept on the tariff unless you contact O2 and request to be put back onto your previous tariff.
