[LAPSED] trying to cancel order
Complaint against The Phone Spot
was contacted last thursday following expiration of my existing o2 contract. after further consideration decided not to go ahead with order. phoned them on monday and tuesday. was passed around to various different "customer service" staff. was on the phone for over an hour. all i wanted was to revert my account back to how it was before i received the call. was eventually told this would happen, however when i check my o2 accountnothing has changed back!!
