Complaint against The Phone Spot
I was cold called and offered 'best deal' only to find O2 could half my bill further! Called customer service to cancel and was put through all kinds of tactics and told to ring back as they couldn't access my account. Blamed me for giving incorrect personal details! Was on phone for 30 mins. Got nowhere. Have had no contact from them since initial call only generic text message. Terrible service.
