Complaint against The Phone Spot
Was phone 2 days ago by who i thought were carphone warehouse about my upgrade which is due today 1/8/2109...as i was at work and busy i went ahead with the upgrade...received text from the phone spot who i have never heard of saying i am eligble within 14 days and they would inform when order was dispatched...emails went straight to my spam so red flags everywhere...phoned same night tuesday to cancel the order...was advised it had been cancelled only to receive messages from o2 to say my tariff had been updated to new tariff...have now been on phone for nearly an hour trying to get order cancelled...been told i will be phoned back later today to confirm they have not disptached phone...i doubt this will happen...if i do get delivery i will be refusing it....spoke to o2 to confirm that my account will go back to original tariff and they advised to refuse delivery...im not happy as i cant upgrade now until i know this has been cancelled incase i end up.with 2 contracts this company are a nightmare!!!
