[LAPSED] Upgrade issues

Complaint against The Phone Spot

Was told last week my upgrade was due from the 20th Dec 2016 would take 3-5 working days now up too 14 days!!! My daughter who is eligible in 14 days for an upgrade is receiving her phone tomorrow!!!! I've tried too log several times but too no avail
