This company has been charging me for the past two years for text messages I have not authorised how do I get a refund.

Dear Mr Armstrong, any charges on your bill can only be incurred as a result of interaction between your mobile phone and one of our services, unfortunately if the entry from your phone is valid then we cannot arrange a refund.
