Complaint against Virgin Media
Tried to cancel my account after a £50 increase in my bill - took 3 months and loads of complaints, apparently still owe virgin money so 5 months on are still having problems with them, they don’t respond, cut you off, don’t answer queries and break promises every single phone call. I’ve wasted too much of my life with this company, please avoid!
