Being charged late fees when I was not late

Complaint against Virgin Media

I have only just had chance to re contact you about my previous complaint as ive been in hospital But at one point I think was March I had to cancel my direct debit and pay by card for this i was charged! I settled my bill for £60 and then received a letter demanding fees i told the lady I spoke to that I thought the fee was unfair given that I made the payment I wish for my account to be reviewed and for the original direct debit amount to be set up for £25.48 and for these charges to be removed as I was told by the lady I would have to complain for these to be removed then I will make this month's payment for 25.48 immediately
