Complaint against Virgin Media
I had Virgin Media installed two months ago and the broadband has not worked properly since it was installed. 3 engineers and 3 new hubs later and still it does not work properly crashing every day. Speak to customer service and they have no interest. Won't let you cancel unless you pay £240.00. Absolutely the worst company ever dealt with.
