Complaint against Virgin Media
Virginia told me to phone them when my promotional offer ends on 12.9.16 to rearrange my price plan. This is what I did. The lady told me it was too early and to phone back on the 18th. I did. I was told I can change my price plan and I won't be charged the full amount of the old promotional offer. I've now been charged the full price of my old promotional offer.
