Complaint against Virgin Media

I have been with Virgin for many months now and for their past year my service with them has been aporling they have not resolved any issued and passed me from section to section I sent my phone off for repair and it came back damaged which I sent fully in tacked but faulty so I was not happy and they left me without a phone, Also my sky box has been recording programmes I didn't know about and they. Dismissed my concerns it stopped for a while but has continued again Now another issue has arisen that my broadband connection will not connect or match any device I have to use data even in their house I put in a code and it forgets there code , I'm ready too leave as iv had enough of them way I'm being treated and my account hacked by another person who I suspect is.
