Complaint against Virgin Media
Having been a good customer of Virgin Media for Broadband Phone and Line rental for many years, I secured a new 6 months contract with them on 2nd January. However on the 10th of January I received a letter saying because I did not feature in their future plans ( as they were honing all resources into cable ) I was going to be dumped onto 'Talk Talk' Now if I had broken my contract with them all hell would have been let loose but they it seems can drop mine after 8 days. Talk about double standards. as usual its big guy versus the little guy and walk all over us. I am very angry with Virgin Media.
