I signed up for virgin media in June had internet for 4 weeks and its been 8 weeks now no internet.

Complaint against Virgin Media

Since July i have not had one day of internet services there has been 6 bookings made with virgin with me and one they book without informing me. 3 engineriers has shown up and the internet worked for 1 day the most. 3 other enginers said they were not able to find the property or no one was home. I am a nuse working as a locum and has been trying to find pernament work but thanks to virgin I have no internet to do so. I have lost out on 3 jobs because of this. The days I stayed waiting on virgin i have had to cancell my shifts and virgin did not show up and when they did show up internet did not work for a day. My friend who took the day off as well works locum and i had to drive her home after i got home from a 12 hours shift. virgin is now refusing to book and enginer for me at 19:00 or to release me off the contract. I am currently paying for a servioce I dont have and beeing ask to lose more days work without pay. I had sky at this address for 10 years without any problems. I just want virgin to provide me with the service or release me from the contract without penalty. I can only be home at 19';00 or I am off on sundays.
