No installaltion due to technical difficulties

Complaint against Virgin Media

Having waited 3 weeks I was supposed to have Virgin Media TV, broadband & telephone services installed on 14 May. The engineer arrived and informed me that there was no line from the exchange box and that it would take a further 2-4 weeks before this would added. Once I had received notification that this line had been installed - I would then need to ring up and arrange for an engineer to come and install everything - which will probable take a further 3 weeks. I rang to complain and the customer services representative said 'I understand your concerns but can I ask you to please wait!'. This is not fair as I have waited long enough. Also I have been extremely ill and if I need to call an ambulance I am faced with difficulty as the only telephone I have is my mobile which has a poor reception.
