No porting of number and no service

Complaint against Virgin Media

I ordered pnone broadband tv on 26th January with porting number installed on 22nd Feb not ported called several times no luck doesn't work most of time several calls late told would call back loads of times had to cancel in time frame of contract out of pocket with stationary printed because staff not doing what supposed to do never had a contract and didn't work very very bad customer services no reply going to bbc watchdog and local mp

Same thing Virgin to port my number but didn’t. Organised a 14 day window just in case but someone forgot. Lost my old number. Guess what. Nothing Virgin can do. Complained and was asked “ What I wanted virgin to do” Does it cost them money to port a number? Has caused huge disruption. Disabled and all carers have my old number. Virgin get your act together. Please
