Complaint against Virgin Media
After moving to Virgin mobile, I am not able to make any calls and Virgin have not linked my emails to the Blackberry server. I have been phoning and complaining for 4 days, and still have not had this issue resolved. They have already deducted the money off my account, but do not seem very proactive in resolving my problem. Furthermore, they sent the wrong SIM 3 times before they got it right. Very poor reflection of their service, and I am disappointed and regret taking up their offer.
