[RESOLVED] - Penalty for early exit after being with the company for 20 years
Complaint against Virgin Media
We are moving to a new home where Virgin Media cannot provide a service. We amended our contract earlier this year to remove the TV package but retained the phone line and broadband. We have been a customer in our present home for 15 years and also in our previous home for five years. We would also have transferred our service to our new home but Virgin have no service in the area. Virgin are insisting that an early exit penalty of some £154 must be paid. In view of our 20 years custom and no service in our new home we feelthis charge is totally unacceptable.
