Avoid at all costs. Moved in my new house 2 months now and still no internet upstairs - I live in a bog standard semi. I have had to wait for countless engineers to sort out this problem after a number of phone calls. The customer service is beyond poor. They get you tied in a contract then you are passed around from department to department if you have a problem. Just been told that if I want to leave the contract I have to pay £240! Disgusting and unacceptable. Counting the days until I can leave this cowboy outfit. Never again. Kicking myself that I did not read all these reviews before signing up.
