Complaint against Virgin Media
we have been having continuous breakdown of the phone service[about4times in the last 5 weeks] the engineers keep saying that they have found and fixed the fault, only for it to fail again in about 5/6 days time and then to be told the same old story, keep asking for a manager to call us on our mobile ,never happens, told that they will give us a refund, same again, never happens. Last week came out on the Monday ,"found and fixed the problem", Saturday no phone line again. when we rang ,operator said that "there was nothing wrong, so I told them to ring the land line as I held the mobile next to the phone , it didn't ring, but still the engineer said that ,and I quote, "well its ringing our end", when they eventually agreed that there was again the same fault he said that the earliest appointment for an engineer was 4 days time , next Tuesday!
