Complaint against Virgin Media
Issues with the internet whereby I was told I needed an engineer. 1 hour later, I got a text message to say that he had been CANCELLED!!!! I rang back as I still had no internet and rebooked the engineer. I had an engineer on Thursday last week who told me of a problem at the main terminal which had been fixed. 2 days later after intermittent service, my internet went down. I spent 90 minutes on the phone trying all different messages whereby I was told I needed ANOTHER ENGINEER. Then the next day, I get another text saying he had been CANCELLED AGAIN.
