Unable to deliver - breach of contract

Complaint against Virgin Media

If you can't deliver for 6 weeks you really need to provide an interim solution or propose you cannot fulfil your contract. You have quad services which means you have options you are choosing, at the customers detriment, not to use to fulfil your users needs. This is unacceptable and it's only fair that customers and potential customers are aware of this.

You are not the only one. I do not have a phone line since december and they expect me to be grateful that I am not paying more for the service I did not signed in for and of course complete ignorance
