Complaint against Virgin Media
I have been charged my monthly tarrif twice in the month of december, bill dated 25/12/2014, I used virgin's own form on their website two days ago to ask why and have not even had a coutesy response, their customer phone line is always apparently dealing with an unusual amount of calls and takes an age to get through to someone who cant understand you. I would like to be refunded for the additional tarrif that month (£37.96), this isnt the first time Ive had this problem with virgin.
