Complaint against Virgin Media
June 14th 2012 we reported a fault with telephone line. The fault .. we had a dialling tone BUT we could not make or receive calls. Contacted Virgin ... said our phone is faulty... Purchased new phone. Still same problem. Called Virgin ... they said your phone is faulty! .. Two Virgin engineers tried to resolve the problem without success, fault was located in street terminal box but unable to fix. A month later still no phone line we decided to move to BT. Virgin charged extra month cancelation fee! Tried Virgin customer service. No response......Their phone might be faulty.
