Complaint against Virgin Media
I bought 2 phone lines and numbers from VM in December. They were installed on 13th December. Virgin seemingly didn't add them to my account and so they cut them off on 29th - no warning, no call. Once reported, I assumed they would immediately be reconnected as priority. Instead it took 10 days - just when needed most after moving in to a new home. Cut off completely till 7th January- utterly unacceptable! No effort made and worst of all, no response to my 3 written complaints. Virgin Media purports to care about customers. In this case, they didn't make (and still haven't made) any effort at all to put this situation right and/or address my logged complaints!
