Complaint against Virgin Media
Hello, I have signed up for Virgin Media broadband 4 months ago. I was using it happily. However, since our baby wasn't comfortable in the house we were we had to move. Unfortunately, VM don't provide a broadband connection in our new property. I know i signed a 12 month contract and i don't want to cancel my service. However, VM asks me to pay a high cancellation fee for a service that they can't provide although i want to keep it. They haven't even offered any other solution. They have just told me to cancel my existing account and advised me to go for any other provider. It is not fair.
