Complaint against Virgin Media
The Broadband keeps stopping so I have had weeks with no broadband. There have been problems for days last month where we had no TV network at all due to major problems. No apology received. Now for the last two days no connection and the TV connection keeps cutting out. We are still expected to pay £68 for a service not received. When you try to call impossible to get through, take ages to answer the telephones. Very poor service and now on the verge of transferring to somewhere else.
