VirginMedia have put a stop on my line.
Complaint against Virgin Media
TalkTalk will be providing the services that VirginMedia currently provide for me for my broadband and telephone. I want to transfer elsewhere, but VirginMedia have put a stop on the line and instead of removing it, when asked to do so, decided to cancel my services. I managed to prevent them from disconnecting me, but I cannot get them to remove the stop. With the stop in place I cannot transfer to another provider and in a few days time I will be transferred to TalkTalk whether I like it or not.
