Complaint against Xinion Limited

I received three texts from XWin at a cost of £13.50. I only realised that I had been charged for these when I checked my Virgin account online. I flew to Tenerife on the 27th September and when I checked my account for October I had a further 15 of these texts at a cost of £67.00. Upon checking again I have a further six texts at a coast of £27.00. I stopped the standing order immediately, so now have my account suspended. Virgin say there are 24 texts in all, however only three came to my phone. Virgin and XWin are presently trying to resolve this issue. I have spoken to tfour people from Xinion, and the gentleman who called me on my landline said they would refund me the £13.50. He was adamant that only three texts had been sent. Virgin say otherwise. I would be grateful if you would reimburse me for the £13.50. This has caused undue stress. I await your reply. Regards Sheila Colwood
