Complaint against Lebara Play
Summary of what we agreed: 1. Replacement of STB box to be delivered within 9-10 working days. - NO STB BOX YET AFTER 45 DAYS SINCE FIRST CALL IN THE FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 2016 2. A phone call and message to be sent to us to confirm date of delivery of STB. - TECHNICAL TEAM SAID THE STB BOX WOULD ARRIVE BY 07-OCT-2016. NO STB BOX YET 3. Compensation of 1 month subscription extension to be provided at the end of our subscription in 2017 starting from the date of delivery of replacement STB due to the loss of service for 1 month since 5-Sep-2016. - THIS HAS NOW BEEN DELAYED FOR 2 MONTHS WITHOUT A STB BOX OR SERVICE. WHAT A RIP OFF OF PAYING £140.00 WITH NO SERVICE FOR A SECOND MONTH!!! 4. Correction of account details - removal of second email ID, updated 2 contact numbers. - THIS WAS DONE IN THE SECOND CALL AFTER YOU GAVE WRONG EMAIL ID AS TH EXCUSE FOR THE FAILURE TO DELIVER STB AFTER THE FIRST CALL MADE ON 05-SEPTEMBER-2016. 5. The above points will be updated on Lebara system to avoid repetition if any issues. - WE CAN SEE THE ISSUES REPEATING AGAIN CONTRARY TO YOUR GREAT PROMISES.
