Complaint against Vodafone

I unknowingly went over my inclusive Bundle minutes (apparently!) I normally use around 250-300 minutes a month however Vodaphone have said that I used an extra 180 minutes last month so now have to pay £99 for the extra 180 minutes that I have used! I received no message to say I had gone over my minutes and it's very strange that I've never used this amount of minutes in the past! I have three babies, 1 year old twins and a 2 and a half year old, I work three days a week and pay nearly £900 a month in childcare fees-we don't get any Government help or family help. Now I've been given a huge bill the week before Christmas. I feel Vodaphone on this occasion could have shown some compassion, it no way costs them 55p a minute for my call. I understand they need to make some profit but this price is ludicrous, especially as I already pay £38 a month contract with them.
