Complaint against Vodafone

I had a Vodafone account which was closed, I kept receiving bills for this account, I lost count of the number of times I had contacted Vodafone in regard to this, eventually I received a letter from a debt collection agency. I managed eventually after going to the papers to get all of this finally cancelled. Today I have logged into my credit score account and now have a default on my account from Vodafone Ltd Gemini - I cannot understand this and am not happy and want this sorted out by this Vodafone as soon as reasonably possible !!
