[RESPONDED] Vodafone cancelled my direct debit

Complaint against Vodafone

They Cancelled my direct debit without my permission, I only discovered this when my service was suspended and I had months of arguing and pleading with them this was not my error, I agreed to pay the £400 by direct debit as the emotional stress this was and is causing is terrible, they took the payment of £400 then they advised me it was reversed by my Bank , checked with them and it was not reversed, so Vodafone have my money and won't admit to this, the payment shows on the bill as direct debit on 23rd January for £400. the emotional stress this is causing is making me feel ill and sick with worry and being harrassed for money I have paid. My complaints are being ignored and my service is still being disconnected not to mention my credit file is now totally messed up and causing me problems. I just can't take this anymore with the stress and worry.
