[RESPONDED] being overcharged for my payments on vodafone monthly when it should be the same for 24months

Complaint against Vodafone

I have been phoning them for at least the last 4 months complaining, only to be told that I have gone over my contract amount or I'm late paying or I'v made calls that is not in my contract. I phoned today also because they have charged me extra again and when I challenged them they said that I was late paying last month which is a complete lie. I asked for the extra to be paid back into my account and they told me that they can't do that because the payment has already been taken by them. I responded by telling them that I am cancelling the direct debit and I would pay monthly as per bill date around the 22nd of the month. I have been very upset with all the hastle and phone calls to them from my vodafone free number 191 and have cried almost every time I have made a call to them. I would like to finish with this company and get a Pay as you go mobile sim but I can't afford to because the phone was part of the contract. What can I do, I am stressed to the limit and I'm almost 77 and need my phone for emergency while out and about as I do have health issues.
