Complaint against Vodafone

I am writing to complain about an issue regarding Mobile with Vodafone. I have already raised the issue with this organisation and it has not been resolved to my satisfaction in the several months since I first contacted them. I have now exhausted their complaints procedure. This is my issue: Constant billing issues and disgraceful customer services, there was a technical issue with my bill and there is a constant pending transaction for £22 on the account, i have been promised the refund for £22 be back in my account 6 times now since jan 2016 when i originally opened the complaint and also been promised a further £50 refund as a goodwill gesture and still not done. i have seems of chat transcripts discussing this with staff and failed promise after promise since January 2016. This is how I would like it to be resolved: correct constant billing issues and refund the £72 promised and also i want compensation for the amount of time i have spent wasted on failed promises. As I am sure you understand, my overall experience has been extremely frustrating, and I am after a reasonable and fair response from Vodafone.
