[RESPONDED] Continued billing after cooling off cancel

Complaint against Vodafone

I cancelled a sim only contract within the cooling off period, however I am still being sent bills for it. I phoned customer service twice who said it was billing error and that they never marked my account as closed . I was reassured they would fix it and recieve a letter from them confirm it would be cancelled. O was promised they would update my credit file aswell. I also was promised a refund of one of the payments as I forgot to cancel the direct debit. I keep getting bills and warning letters. I am stressed and worried and don't know what else I can do.
