Complaint against Vodafone
I rung Vodafone to cancel my contract on the 21st of February and was told that it had been cancelled and that I would be charged one last bill. The contract was in fact never cancelled at all and I have been billed every month since. Since noticing I am still being billed I have rung Vodafone who confirmed my contract should have been cancelled on the 21st of February and that they will now cancel it but are refusing to refund ANY money to me as they are stating I called voicemail.
