Complaint against Vodafone
Vodafone had black listed me due to an insuranceon s phone. This was set up in a new billing profile which I was totally unaware of. Also, I ended the contracts over 18months ago. I have contacted them on numerous occasions with the promise that someone would sort it out and get back to me......this has made me ill.......I could go on & on with the problems including my 12 year old daughter being left stranded as they cut off our phones.
