Complaint against Vodafone

For the past six months I have religiously paid my monthly Vodafone bill on time by Direct Debit. For six months Vodafone have advised the credit agencies that my account is delinquent. Each month I telephone Vodafone customer assistance who each time confirm no amount is outstanding, and promise to correct the advice given to credit agencies - yet they never fullfill their promise. My credit rating is zero - with the only negative factor being Vodafone's incorrectly reported delinquent account. Vodafone staff have told me their error occurred in changing over their accounting system. Try Googling Vodafone errors. There are thousands of customers who have been wrongly billed, wrongly threatened with collection of amounts not due, credit ratings ruined etc. Ofcom recently fined Vodafone £4.6m for serious and sustained breach of consumer protection laws. Seriously you would be mad to open an account with Vodafone.
