I have been having an ongoing argument with Vodafone U.K. Regarding my bill they accused me of not paying it however I have never missed a payment have always paid by debit card apart from the one occasion which was on credit card where the company changed its it system my payment details where lost by their own admission after I asked for all my bills from June to September of last year I was promised the situation would be resolved however no details my issue were recorded with their complaints team the situation has been going on for over a year and has had a negative affect on my credit score they insist I owe 480 on a bill that was paid for 167 pound I've complained over 18 times and tried to resolve the situation and all I get is we have no correspondence to your complaint you have to pay the balance however my phone hasn't been cut off and I've been paying 80 pound a month since I opened my account
