I cannot get any satisfaction from Vodafone about getting my new phone working

Complaint against Vodafone

I have spent around forty pounds phoning, although most of the time they are impossible to talk to. Despite the fact I cannot use my new phone, they are still charging me. I was assured in an online chat session with them that I would not be charged, by a text from them today shows that is not so. This has been going on since the middle of Sept. It is impossible to talk to anyone from the company at the moment. They just keep you hanging on

I have still not received tha back of the new phone and they are still charging me for a phone I cannot use.
