In December I cancelled my mobile and I pad contract with vodaphone, I explained as I was paying around £65 per month for them both and was not using the full usage on both and was going to consolidate the bill with one mobile phone contract and increase the mobile data, after I explained this to the advisor he began to try sell me a new contact with I phone x. Eventuallly he told me about a deal which seemed appealing he said the contract was around £65/67 a month with optinal £10 per month insurance, I stated on numerous occasions when he told me about more expensive tariffs that I didn't want to spend £80/90 per month for a phone when I have been spending £65 per month already on 2 contract and not fully using them, since then I have been receiving bills for over £90 I have contact vodaphone on two occasions and the past 5 weeks and asked them to listen to the call and still had no response, as the call was in December I can not fully remember the exact conversation but do clearly remember stating I don't want to pay anymore then previous contracts and certainly not £80/90 per month, after examining my bill my contract shows £67 exc VAT I feel the advisor has quoted my this then later stated VAT as this isn't a business contract and in my own name I feel this is misleading as VAT can not b claimed back and after stating I don't wish to pay £80/90 per month.
